Jack installation instructions

download jack.
uncompress it:
```
$ gunzip jack-1.3.1.tar.gz
```
untar it:
```
$ tar xvf jack-1.3.1.tar
```
change directory:
```
$ cd jack-1.3.1
```
follow instructions from file "INSTALL"
if this is your first installation of jack, run it once, it will create a new personal preferences file in your homedir
customize it using your favorite editor:
```
$ vi $HOME/.jackrc
```
you may want to enable proxy support via the http_proxy environment variable
```
$ http_proxy=http://cache.sld.tld:3128/
$ export http_proxy
```
This is a great addition to your .bashrc or whatever you are using!
